Damn Darling – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Damn Darling. We aim to provide high-quality products made on demand and shipped from the closest available production facility to reduce delivery times and environmental impact. Because of our print-on-demand model, some return conditions differ from traditional retail.

1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

There is no need to return damaged or misprinted items.

2. Returns & Refunds for Non-Faulty Items

Because all products are made to order (print-on-demand), Damn Darling cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • “Not what I expected”

  • Personal dislike of fit, style, or color

To help avoid sizing issues, we provide detailed size charts for every product.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after this time window.

If your order has already entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will file an investigation with the carrier. After confirmation, we will reship the order at no cost.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and check with neighbors before contacting us. We may offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

5. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Local postal delays

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Damn Darling is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.

If an international order is returned to us due to unclaimed packages, incorrect address, or refusal of customs fees, we can reship the package once the customer pays new shipping costs.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect:

  • We cannot refund the order.

  • We can resend the order once it is returned to us, but the customer must cover reshipment costs.

7. Production & Shipping Times

As a POD store, items are produced at the nearest available partner facility worldwide to reduce delivery time and CO₂ emissions.
Production time is typically 2–5 business days, and shipping varies by region. Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days (credit/debit cards)

  • Instant–5 business days (PayPal, depending on region)
