You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order ships. Most orders go into production first, so tracking is usually sent 1–3 business days after you place your order, when your item finishes production and is dispatched.

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders usually enter production within 1–12 hours after you place them, then take about 1–3 business days in production before they ship.

I only have an order confirmation, not tracking yet.

That’s normal. Your tee is likely still in production. Tracking is sent automatically once it ships.

My tracking says “Label created” or “Pre-shipment.”

That means the carrier has the shipment info, but it has not been scanned yet. This usually updates within 1–3 business days.

My tracking has not updated in a few days.

Carrier scans can be delayed, especially during busy periods. If there is no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will check it for you.

I entered my tracking number and nothing shows up.

Double-check the number and remove any spaces. If it still does not work, your package may not be scanned yet. Try again in 24–48 hours.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, sometimes. If you contact us immediately, we can often update the address even if your order is already in production, as long as it has not shipped yet. Send your order number and the correct address ASAP.
